Trade Show Registration
The commercial exhibitor and trade
show will be held in conjunction with all sessions at the Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone. Booth space
is approximately 10'x 8', with limited power available (bring
extension cords.) Skirted tables (8'X3') will be provided by
the Inn at no charge. Access to the trade show area will be
secured during off hours. Exhibit set up will occur October 9-12, 2007.
. Take down should be completed by noon, October 12. UPS
and Fed Ex provide daily shipping to the Inn. Parcels should
be addressed to the guest name and dates staying at the Inn.

The exhibitor registration fee
is $500.00. One booth staff person's registration fee is included
in the exhibitor registration fee. Registration for additional
staff is $200.00 per person, with admission to sessions, meals,
breaks, and receptions included. Organizations may choose to
sponsor coffee breaks, at an additional $500.00 for a full sponsorship.
(Co-sponsorship of coffee breaks is available with two other
exhibitor/organizations at $200 each.)
