Rates do not include 7% Montana Accomodations Tax or 3% West Yellowstone Resort Tax. Rates are quoted as single or double occupancy. Children under the age of 19 stay free when accompanied by an adult.

Please make your reservations online through www.DoYelloswtone.com, and enter code “WTS” to receive special group rates. You may also call 1-800-HOLIDAY or the hotel directly at 800-646-7365.

You must identify yourself by our group name “Wild Trout 9 Symposium” or group code “WTS” in order to receive the group rate and secure a reservation within the group block.

Reservation Cut-off Date
The block of rooms held for Wild Trout 9 will be available until August 15th and our special rates are guaranteed until that time. Please make sure to make your reservation by then.

Reservation Guarantee
Reservation not guaranteed by a credit card, advanced payment, or pre-arranged billing will be held as tentative and not guaranteed by the Hotel.

Individual Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation arrival date or "no-shows" will be charged first night's lodging plus applicable tax.
