Please identify yourself by our group name “Wild Trout 10 Symposium” or group code “WTS” in order to receive the group rate and secure a reservation within the group block.
The block of rooms held for Wild Trout 10 will be available until August 26th and our special rates are guaranteed until that time. Please make sure to make your reservation by then.
Reservation not guaranteed by a credit card, advanced payment, or pre-arranged billing will be held as tentative and not guaranteed by the Hotel.
Cancellation of individual reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation arrival date or "no-shows" will be charged first night's lodging plus applicable tax.
