Abstract Guidelines

Contributed Paper and Presentation Formats

Protocol for receiving papers:
Contributed papers should be prepared as MS Word or WordPerfect files in 12 point, Times New Roman font, be left justified only, and include all of the following:

- A brief but descriptive title.
- A list of all authors, their addresses, telephone and FAX numbers, and e-mail addresses as described by below format. Presenters must be clearly identified.
- An abstract of 200 words or less.

Abstract: This statement will be used to evaluate and prioritize selections for inclusion in the program. Problem statement, issue significance, objectives, findings, and conclusions should be relayed in 200 words or less.

Preference: Oral presentation preferred with slides/poster session acceptable.
